Position Summary

ClarkPro offers services and solutions for sophisticated B2B operations through our technology, distribution, and delivering customized, exceptional experience through our Partnership Development and Account Management teams. As the cornerstone of our sales team, the Partnership Executive is responsible for developing new sales opportunities, through proactive outreach, networking and industry contacts. Oversees the entire sales cycle, developing strategies, pricing items, and curating the partnership. This role is responsible for shaping sales strategies and ensuring the success of new accounts. This role will have the opportunity to partner with some of the largest Hospitality, Casino, Senior Living, Healthcare and distinguished Colleges and Universities across the United States. This position is a new Business Development role.

  • Secure new accounts in assigned business segments or territories
  • Owns sales cycle which includes researching industry trends, identifying new opportunities for outreach, and maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline
  • Build strong relationships with current and new partners, vendors, and organizational staff that promotes loyalty, collaboration, and increased revenue between partners and the company
  • Attend relevant Industry trade shows as directed
  • Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to onboard new partners and oversee the success of a partnership
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve partners problems through consultative solutions
  • Identify and pursue new customers aligning with yearly strategy by qualifying new opportunities to align with the ClarkPro flywheel

Education And/or Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business-to-business sales
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience preferred
  • Remote work experience preferred (for remote candidates)
  • Experience with CRM programs, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience developing new key business through productive cold call, outreach and relationship development
  • Preferred experience in Hospitality, Higher Education, Senior living and Healthcare market segments

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working in a high-tech environment
  • Basic understanding of financials, impact of decisions regarding pricing structure, freight, partnership programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels and an emphasis on consultation and solution-based sales
  • Proven track record of developing & implementing sales strategies with successful & profitable outcome
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Delivers honest, direct, and professional communication to team members and partners
  • Consistently contributes to process & strategy improvements
  • Reliable coach & mentor for team members

Remote Work Qualifications
