We are a leading legal staffing company dedicated to connecting talented legal professionals with top-tier firms. Our client is an immigration law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia, seeking a skilled attorney with experience in immigration law to join their team remotely.

Job Description: As a Remote Immigration Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our client's firm in immigration matters. Your primary responsibilities will include handling a caseload of immigration cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in immigration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, and removal defense.
Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration laws, regulations, and precedents.
Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case status.
Represent clients in immigration court hearings and interviews, as needed.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate and effective representation of clients.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school in Argentina.
Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law, preferably with experience working remotely for a U.S.-based immigration law firm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
Proficiency in remote communication tools and technology.
