As a Logistics Operations Support, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Monitor and track ocean and air shipments, ensuring timely updates on their status and location.
Provide customer service, responding to inquiries related to shipment status and other logistics concerns.
Managed accurate data entry for shipment details and customer information.
Offered helpdesk support, addressing customer issues and providing solutions to ensure smooth transportation processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Studies: A high school diploma is required. Studies in Administration, International Business, Finance, Accounting, or any other related fields are desirable but not required. Other fields of study could also be considered.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service, back office, operations, logistics, shipment tracking, or a related field. Experience in logistics and track-and-trace functions is preferred, and experience in intermodal and drayage positions is considered a plus.
Language: Good English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.

Perks:

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
Location: This position is 100% remote, available only to candidates located in Colombia, preferably in Medellín.
Salary: $ 2.500.000 COP + Night Surcharges ($ 153.800 COP approx.)
