Treasury Specialist

Remitee, rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments is seeking a Treasury Specialist

As a Treasury Specialist at Remitee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our growing company. You will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and mitigating financial risks to support our mission of transforming the financial lives of millions of people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of treasury operations, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Risk Management: Monitor and assess foreign exchange (FX) risks, evaluating potential exposures and recommending strategies to minimize financial losses.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including weekly and monthly statements, to provide insights into treasury performance and identify trends.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  
  
  

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced degree in Finance or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Treasury Specialist role, including hands-on experience in cash management, bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and FX operations.
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, foreign exchange markets, and risk management principles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
