Job description

Integration: Setup, test and monitor new and existing file transfer using various File Transfer platform
Production Support: Perform Managed File Transfer support responsibilities (24x7 on rotation) following standard operations processes
Monitor and fix file transfer errors
Configuration Management: Manage configuration changes like password resets, certificate renewals, PGP keys, etc.
SFTP Configuration: Setup new SFTP sites for new file transfers
Nice to have, IBM Sterling product knowledge; Sterling File Gateway, Connect Direct, Control Center, IWA
