I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil to work on a project in the automotive sector.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our development team. You will Lead and manage the complete product development lifecycle on a larger scale, encompassing the product and business strategy for an entire value stream or a portion of the contract. The primary mission is to ensure the development and launch of innovative, high-quality products aligned with customer needs and the company's business objectives

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product strategy with a proven ability to gain buy-in from senior leadership. This role will focus on creating a product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives and drives product maturity.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, in the development and launch of new products or the strategic deployment of a value stream.
- Establish clear communication and a relationship with customer managers to understand the business strategy and translate it into product strategy.
- Define product development strategies and plans, taking into account business goals and needs.
- Manage the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritizing projects, and allocating resources efficiently.
- Monitor the progress of product development, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges in product development.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices among teams.
- Monitor product performance in the market, analyzing metrics, customer feedback, and competition, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on best practices in product development, technologies, and market trends.

Requirements:
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with cross-functional and co-located teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in Product Development, Product Strategy and Product Discovery, with mobile app development
- Experience in Team leadership and Project Management while working closely with designers, architects and other product manager.
- Automotive industry experience is not required, but candidates with relevant mobile application experience is a must
- Market data analysis skills and knowledge on market trends
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
