We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting performance data from our digital platforms. The professional will play a crucial role in creating metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, as well as supporting informed decision-making to enhance the user experience. Additionally, we are looking for a technical profile that can operate within and support a diverse ecosystem of market systems and strive for a 360-degree customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Configuration and Optimization: Set up and maintain Google Analytics accounts, ensuring the correct implementation of tags and events, using Google Tag Manager for effective tracking of user interactions.

Metrics and Dashboards Development: Create and manage customized dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, user behavior, and conversions, utilizing visualization tools like Data Studio.

Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses of collected data to identify behavioral patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities in marketing strategies and products.

Reporting and Presentations: Produce regular reports and presentations that communicate relevant insights clearly and impactfully to various stakeholders, including marketing, product, and senior management teams.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to understand data needs and translate those needs into effective analytical solutions.

KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

Solid experience in Google Analytics, including advanced configuration and data analysis.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methods for evaluating digital performance.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Critical thinking and proactivity to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
