We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting performance data from our digital platforms. The professional will play a crucial role in creating metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, as well as supporting informed decision-making to enhance the user experience. Additionally, we are looking for a technical profile that can operate within and support a diverse ecosystem of market systems and strive for a 360-degree customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Configuration and Optimization: Set up and maintain Google Analytics accounts, ensuring the correct implementation of tags and events, using Google Tag Manager for effective tracking of user interactions.
Metrics and Dashboards Development: Create and manage customized dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, user behavior, and conversions, utilizing visualization tools like Data Studio.
Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses of collected data to identify behavioral patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities in marketing strategies and products.
Reporting and Presentations: Produce regular reports and presentations that communicate relevant insights clearly and impactfully to various stakeholders, including marketing, product, and senior management teams.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to understand data needs and translate those needs into effective analytical solutions.
KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest adjustments as necessary.
