We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Management (BPM) Senior to join our Business Operations team.

The BPM Senior will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of BPM methodologies and tools, capable of driving process improvements that align with the company's objectives and enhance operational efficiency.



Main Responsibilities:


Process Analysis & Design:

  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process objectives;
  • Design optimized business processes using BPM methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Process Implementation:

  • Map and lead the implementation of new or improved business processes, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and practices;
  • Develop and document process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs);
  • Coordinate with cross teams (Data & Tools, IT, etc) to ensure the successful deployment of BPM solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, using data-driven insights to identify further improvement opportunities;
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions for stakeholders;
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and BPM tools, applying relevant advancements to the organization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and HR, to ensure alignment of business processes with departmental needs;
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
  • Communicate process changes and updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Identify potential risks associated with business processes and develop mitigation strategies aligned with the stakeholders, compliance team and BizOps team;
  • Ensure all business processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
  • Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to established standards and practices.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • Over 2+ years of experience in business process management, process improvement, or a related role, preferably in a mid-sized to large organization;
  • Proven track record of leading successful BPM initiatives and driving measurable improvements;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex processes and systems;
  • Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio, Bizagi) and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean);
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Certification in BPM, Lean Six Sigma, or related areas is highly desirable.
