Job Title: Certified Scrum Master

We invite a Certified Scrum Master to join our team in support of the U.S. Army. In this pivotal role, you will help to define our product vision, enhance user stories, and ensure effective functionality implementations while closely collaborating with our development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with subject matter experts to improve user stories
- Confirm the implementation of user stories
- Create wireframes and mockups
- Revise business process models in accordance with BPMN best practices
- Develop training materials and guides
- Provide timely responses to inquiries from development teams
- Maintain an active security clearance
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Capacity to cultivate effective cross-group collaborations
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Mastery of SAFe concepts and methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira Software and AWS
- Experience in backlog development and management
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- A minimum of five years of professional experience
- Certified Scrum Master credential
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Comprehensive understanding of SAFe methodologies
- Proficiency in Jira Software and AWS
- Familiarity with GitLab
Highly Desired Qualifications
- SAFe certification
- Active security clearance
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Experience with Appian or other low-code platforms
- API experience

- Salary Range: \(135,000 - \)160,000 per year
