Job Overview

We are a reputable outpatient private practice based in Harrisonburg, VA, actively seeking a full-time licensed psychologist, professional counselor, or clinical social worker to become part of our dynamic and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services to a varied caseload, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 direct billable hours on a weekly basis.
• Uphold best practices in clinical and regulatory standards while fostering a positive team culture.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians and administrative personnel to enhance client care.
• Commit to working at least three days per week in our local office to fulfill community needs.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active Virginia licensure as a Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Capacity to maintain a caseload of not less than 25 direct hours per week.

• Master's degree or Doctorate in a relevant field.

Compensation And Benefits

This is an employee status role with a percentage-based compensation structure, disbursed bi-monthly. We offer competitive earnings with realistic annual salary projections based on weekly billable hours, along with a minimum of four weeks of paid time off annually:

• 25 billed hours/week: $81,250
• 30 billed hours/week: $97,500
• 35 billed hours/week: $113,750
• Doctoral-level psychologists may earn an additional \(5,000 to \)16,000 based on billed insurance.
