Job Overview

Join our dynamic, family-oriented agency as a Remote BCBA or BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, where your expertise will make a meaningful impact on individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges across Virginia. Our organization has evolved since 1996 from a modest group home into a premier service provider, committed to empowering individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs tailored for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental challenges.
  • Design and implement training programs for behavior technicians, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.
  • Provide clinical guidance and oversight for ABA client programming to facilitate positive outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing.
  • Current LBA or LaBA certification for Virginia.
  • Proficiency in telehealth supervision and feedback (6-12 months).
  • Availability to work from 2pm-5:30pm EST.
  • Willingness to attend in-person training sessions, including New Employee Orientation and annual Behavior Management Training.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Childhood Development, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities.
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential.
