Who we are looking for

The Project Management France Team based in Paris drives the successful execution of initiatives for internal and external clients of State Street Bank International Paris Branch.

We are currently seeking a seasoned and ambitious Project Manager who will take charge of large projects throughout the entire project lifecycle or direct specific project lots/deliverables.
 

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As a Project Manager for Project Management France your role and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Manage large projects from the beginning to the end or take over workstreams in complex initiatives
  • Define project strategy/approach
  • Perform an analysis of internal and external client requests in the project initiation phase
  • Coordinate deep dives into business requirements to ensure that they are exhaustive and clear to all involved parties
  • Define and execute project governance
  • Develop an accurate timeline of project completion to ensure activities get completed within the assignment’s parameters and manage its execution
  • Manage project dependencies, risks & issues
  • Monitor and control project progress
  • Perform administrative tasks within the Project Management team (e.g. budget, resource allocation, resource monitoring)
  • Support for project documentation tasks and project reporting

  • Ability to work on multiple topics in parallel while ensuring that priorities are met

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in technology, accounting, finance, business or equivalent
  • Justified 5 years of experience in project management
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • MS Visio, MS Project
  • A functional experience in the Middle and/or Back Office would be a plus
  • A certification in the project management field would be appreciated
