• Experience in developing complex and scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

• A strong understanding of distributed systems and how architectural decisions influence performance and maintainability.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, effectively working with developers, project managers, technical product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, proactively identify risks and blockers, and lead initiatives with minimal support.
• A quick learner who can rapidly become productive and deliver business value in a short timeframe.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Expertise in System Design
• Proficient in Data Structures
• 8+ years of experience with Java
• Experience with Spring Boot
• Strong background in Microservices Architecture
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies
• Experience with NoSQL or Firestore
• Familiarity with the Spring Framework

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with Spring State Machine
• Familiarity with Firestore
• Knowledge of Redis
