Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3.5 years proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with online research tools and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects.
  • Conduct thorough research on target prospects, including company information, key decision-makers, and potential business needs.
  • Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Analyze market trends and industry information to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound engagement activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to connect with prospects and generate interest in our products and services.
  • Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to capture the attention of potential clients.
  • Schedule and book qualified sales appointments for the onshore sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and appointments. Track and report on lead generation and appointment setting activities.
