SENIOR PYTHON DEVELOPER

We are seeking a proficient Python Developer to join the the technology team of one of our partners. They are a full IT service provider making businesses’ transition to their digital future real, more approachable and sustainable. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing high-quality, maintainable code and a knack for innovation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications;
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Python code;
• Analyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services;
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate application components and ensure specifications are met;
• Integrate AI functionalities into the software, enhancing the product's capabilities and user experience;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance;
• Contribute to the review and improvement of coding standards and practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• + 7 years of experience with Python 
• REST Interfaces;
• Testing;
• Computer Vision (nice to have);
• Package Creation.
• Docker Container Technology
• Docker Builds & Compose;
• WSL2 & Linux;
• Azure & Cloud & WMs.
• Medium knowledge in AI would be nice;
• Medium knowledge in C# would be nice;
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreading concepts;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Effective communication skills in a collaborative team environment;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

LOCATION 

This role offers fully remote working options from anywhere in Transilvania (Romania).
