Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Merchandise Designer.
We are looking for a talented and creative designer to join our team and develop stylish corporate merchandise that employees will proudly wear and gift to their friends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative designs and concepts that reflect the SOFTSWISS brand and values, focusing on a modern, appealing style for employees and clients.
Participate in creating concepts for several merchandise collections annually, as well as special projects.
Build concepts with a cohesive philosophy and overarching idea, ensuring consistency across the entire collection.
Prepare design drafts and graphics for printing, working closely with manufacturers to bring the designs to life.
Collaborate with the marketing and internal communications teams to ensure the designs align with broader brand goals.

Requirements:

Experience in clothing and merchandise design, with the ability to create cohesive concepts with a clear philosophy.
A portfolio showcasing creative and stylish design examples.
Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant graphic programs).
Experience in creating print-ready designs for various surfaces and materials.
The ability to design unique, desirable products that will be popular among employees and clients.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a good understanding of current design and fashion trends.
Advanced English language skills.
