Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Remote Director of Staffing & Recruiting, specializing in solution sales, for our client located in Somerset, NJ. This role offers an attractive market salary complemented by a competitive commission structure and benefits, which will be discussed further during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the staffing sector.
  • Foster and enhance customer relationships to drive market growth.
  • Expand our Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) targeting Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the United States.
  • Prospect significant enterprise clients (Fortune 1000) alongside mid-market companies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing agreements.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles while effectively influencing decision-makers at various levels.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Develop and sustain excellent rapport with prospects and customers.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales expertise within Staffing and Consulting.
  • Familiarity with VMS/MSP frameworks.
  • Proficient in tools like Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must be a resident of the United States.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sales-driven approach.
  • 7-10+ years of professional experience in Staffing and Consulting.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience selling staffing services to Enterprise clients.
  • A strong record of career advancement and leadership skills.
  • Prior involvement in the RPO, MSP, and VMS sales process.
  • Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem community, including Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and MSP leaders.
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in sectors such as Technology, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in utilizing various software tools.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
