Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a compassionate and driven Adult Therapist to join our esteemed team. In this remote role, you will deliver evidence-based mental health care to adults navigating various challenges, including severe mental health disorders, co-occurring conditions, and developmental disabilities. Your expertise will play a critical role in empowering clients to reach their personal goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to determine client needs and strengths.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on specific goals and interventions.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.
  • Provide crisis intervention and management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
  • Fulfill billable service requirements and contribute to team meetings.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and uphold professional standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong clinical judgment coupled with sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including electronic health record systems.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care while ensuring client confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a recognized mental health discipline (e.g., social work, clinical mental health counseling).
  • Preferred: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Experience with co-occurring disorders is advantageous.
