Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement groundbreaking marketing and advertising strategies aligned with business goals
  • Measure, analyze, and report on results with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Assess sales and marketing metrics, including data from surveys, market trends, and various advertising methodologies
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels while managing the company’s reputation
  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners to formulate lead generation strategies, plan events, and secure sponsorships
  • Oversee the development and management of external communications, such as website content, emails, blogs, social media, and printed materials
  • Work closely with management to maintain brand consistency in internal communications
  • Evaluate and manage lead generation sources and orchestrate digital lead generation campaigns

Required Skills

  • A strong grasp of systems, data analysis, and reporting, with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various marketing software and platforms (e.g., SEO/SEM, CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, content management systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic marketing and communication plans
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven expertise in managing and analyzing social media to effectively engage target markets
  • Preferred knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly in Medicare and other senior insurance products
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
