Job description

We are presently seeking Workday Consultants for Integration in Hong Kong location.

Location: Remote -Hong Kong.

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

2 to 4 years of Workday Integration experience.
Active Workday certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of EIB, Connectors, Workday Studio, Third Party Payroll Integrations, and other complex integration solutions.
Must have worked on one end-to-end implementation and support workday projects with hands-on experience in the deployment process.
Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
In-depth knowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them.
Strong knowledge of working with data exchange formats like XML, JSON, and data transformation using XSLT.
Good knowledge of Advanced/ BIRT reports.
Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
