Position Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Integrations Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for connecting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to DearDoc’s central platform to enable automated patient interactions. You’ll work closely with healthcare practices, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and secure data integrations.
Compensation: 270,000 MXN annually
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end setup of EHR integrations between medical practices and DearDoc’s platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, both independently and in collaboration with technical teams.
Prioritize and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Serve as the point of contact for practices throughout the onboarding and integration process.
Work in entry-level technical scenarios, including APIs, webhooks, and secure data exchange.
Maintain detailed documentation for each integration project.
Communicate with empathy and clarity in one-on-one customer settings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth deployments.
Manage the hosting of landlines of the practices
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a technical support, customer support, onboarding, or integration role (healthcare/EMR experience a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of APIs, data flow, and web technologies is desirable (JSON, HTTP requests, etc.).
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Comfort with customer-facing roles and an empathetic, solutions-oriented approach.
Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language for non-technical users.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus Points
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems such as eClinicalWorks, ModMed, Athena, etc.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling protected health information (PHI).
Background in healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
