Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in mobile app services, based in beautiful Greece! This role allows you to engage directly with customers while assisting them in navigating and utilizing our innovative mobile applications.

As a German Speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our German-speaking clientele. Your duties will include addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries related to mobile app functionalities and provide technical assistance.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our mobile app services to deliver accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help identify areas for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep skills updated and improve service techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the mobile app or tech sector, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor that promotes positive client relationships.
