As a Norwegian Speaking IT Support Analyst, you will provide vital technical support to our Norwegian-speaking clientele. Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert IT support to Norwegian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
  • Provide clear instructions and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of support cases and their resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members for efficient case management and resolution.
  • Stay informed about company products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually improve technical skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong desire to assist customers.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
