Responsibilities

Deliver expert IT support to Norwegian-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
Provide clear instructions and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Document and maintain detailed records of support cases and their resolutions.
Collaborate with team members for efficient case management and resolution.
Stay informed about company products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Participate in ongoing training to continually improve technical skills.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) with excellent communication abilities.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in IT support or customer service is advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong desire to assist customers.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
