Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
Coordinate and manage client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
Monitor client engagement and satisfaction metrics, implementing strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve any issues.
Gather and analyze client feedback to inform future product and service enhancements.
Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and retention.

Requirements

Fluent in Norwegian (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
Proficient in English to facilitate effective collaboration.
Previous experience in client success, account management, or customer support is preferred.
