Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Polish Speaking Sales Consultant in the real estate services sector, with a focus on Greece's flourishing property market. In this position, you will engage with Polish-speaking clients to provide expert guidance on real estate opportunities, assisting them from initial inquiries through to closing deals. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs will be instrumental in achieving sales success.

Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential Polish-speaking clients to introduce our real estate services
  • Provide detailed information on properties, market trends, and buying processes
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the sales process
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the Polish market
  • Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor offerings to better serve clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of Greek is a plus
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within real estate or a related sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for the real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
