Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking clients in planning and booking eco-friendly travel experiences in Greece.
• Offer tailored advice on sustainable travel options, accommodations, and itineraries that minimize environmental impact.
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Effectively resolve client inquiries and issues relating to eco-friendly travel.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.
• Stay informed about sustainable tourism trends and eco-friendly initiatives in Greece.
• Work collaboratively with team members to promote eco-friendly travel solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the travel or eco-tourism sector.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with travel booking systems and online platforms is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
