Job description

What We're Looking For

  • Graduated from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering Departments or Engineering Departments of Universities
  • Have knowledge about planning, design and architectural issues in IT infrastructure studies
  • Min. 5 years of experience, preferably at least 2 years managed Commvault or other backup software
  • Backup storage devices have tape library and object storage information
  • Have knowledge about planning, design and architectural issues in IT infrastructure studies
  • Have knowledge about backup and data management
  • He has experience in EMC, Hitachi, HPE, Huawei, Pure Storage storage units
  • Master the Commvault software and Hyperscale architecture
  • He has knowledge of English
  • Predisposed to teamwork
  • Giving importance to innovative ideas
  • Has the ability to think analytically and solve problems


What You'll Do

  • Ensuring system continuity in extraordinary situations related to the team's areas of responsibility
  • Carrying out duties in accordance with ITIL processes
  • Determining the necessary actions to ensure the continuity of the systems
  • Determining and automating the checks of daily backup and availability reports
  • Managing incoming calls and changes via Jira and Service Manager
  • Examine and resolve backup errors
  • Measuring and reporting the performance times of systems
