Your Impact as a Credentialing Coordinator:

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and organizing the credentialing process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for clinicians to start their assignments on time. You'll communicate regularly with clinicians, clients, and vendors, providing excellent support and maintaining compliance with our high standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Guide Clinicians through the credentialing process, acting as their main point of contact for any documentation needs.
  • Organize and Verify all aspects of a clinician’s employee file, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, client, and company requirements.
  • Communicate Proactively with clinicians via phone, text, and email to gather required documentation.
  • Coordinate with Vendors for occupational health testing, competency assessments, and more.
  • Manage Background Checks and verifications, escalating any concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to provide necessary documents and updates for clients.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and ensure all files are complete and up-to-date in our database.
  • Participate in Audit Processes, including Joint Commission, to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1+ Year of Experience in a credentialing or related administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR/Recruiting processes is a plus.
