Retirement Plan Participant Consultant - Remote (15-20% Travel)

Overview

Join our esteemed team as a Retirement Plan Participant Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in empowering employees with the financial knowledge and tools necessary to navigate their retirement options effectively. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring occasional travel of up to 20%.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participant Education: Engage with clients in individual and group settings to provide insightful guidance on their retirement plan options.
  • Conduct Financial Meetings: Facilitate both in-person and virtual financial education events to enhance participant understanding.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the leading resource for plan participants, ensuring they receive comprehensive financial education.
  • Client Engagement: Actively interact with clients and their employees to meet service expectations and foster strong relationships.
  • Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Strategically prepare for meetings and ensure effective follow-up to execute deliverables.
  • Compliance Consultation: Collaborate with internal ERISA teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Timely Communication: Provide prompt responses to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
