Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling commercial auto and general liability claims.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a claims environment.
Strong knowledge of commercial auto and general liability policies and claims processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and provide leadership to a team of claims adjusters handling commercial auto and general liability claims.
Oversee the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims in a timely manner.
Review and analyze claims for coverage, liability, and damages.
Provide guidance and support on complex claims, including litigation cases.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
