National Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager. NSB is focused on Accounts Receivable Management and Subrogation and has grown exponentially over the last 34 years to become a leading national agency. Collections Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a Collections Manager with experience leading teams, who can empathize with consumers and has the ability to maintain professionalism at all times. This role ensures that all call center, collections, and training goals are met. Other job functions include:

  • Analyzes, evaluates, and reports on performance, service, KPIs and other metrics
  • Makes recommendations for action plans
  • Perform continued training and education
  • Implements call center and collection operational strategies
  • Provides daily personnel management and oversight
  • Conducts regular 1:1’s and annual performance reviews
  • Recommends changes to employee levels based on activity and performance
  • Enforce company policies and hold team members accountable


Collections Manager Skills Required:

  • Secure home office consisting of:
    • Dedicated high-speed Internet (Cable, DSL, Fiber) with access via a hardwired connection (not wi-fi)
    • Internet speed required to be at 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and Latency of 100 ms or below
    • Dedicated space where others cannot hear voice conversations, is free from background noise and other distractions (ex. Office space, extra bedroom, etc.)
  • Clear and professional backdrop
  • 3-5+ years in a high volume collections management
  • Experience in managing a remote team enviroment
  • Experience scheduling call center operations and running call campaigns
  • Excellent call center and/or collections management skills
  • Results oriented with the energy and ability to deliver results daily
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of and respect for compliance
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Ability to drive, encourage, and motivate a team
