Change Manager

Remote

Summary:

Business Readiness and Adoption manager through Pilots (Jun'25), training for rest of company stakeholders after go-live Q3'25. Responsible for designing and delivering change management activities for pilot and beyond ensuring end-users are ready, willing and able to adopt future state budget process. Work includes completing stakeholder and change impact assessments, communications planning/execution, resistance management plans, training strategies/delivery and gathering feedback and lessons learned utilizing common change management methodologies such as Prosci and ACMP approach.

Experience:

  • Experience leading change and communication initiatives
  • Experience with Prosci Change Management Methodology and ADKAR Model
  • Experience leading training and building training materials/content
  • Ability to balance thinking strategically and acting operationally
  • Experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership
  • Experience being a multi-tasker who can be highly efficient with ambiguity and complexity
  • Experience managing large scale enterprise-level change initiatives, including creating an awareness campaign, delivering training, proactively managing resistance and developing a coaching plan for leaders/managers
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to delivering customer service to project stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills


Certifications:

  • Prosci and/or ACMP Change Management Cetifications.


Pay range is $109 - $114 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
