Job description

Certification Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for reviewing audit files, assisting in the Issuance of Certificates of Conformity and Maintenance of Ley Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the fulfillment of requirements in accordance with the Accreditation/Oversight Body and BVC Internal procedures for the purpose of Maintaining the BV Certification License to Operate (LTO).


What You'll Do

Review audit files according to the accreditation / rules and BVC processes

Provide clear documentation of review results and findings, where applicable, in order to promote process improvement.

Provide accurate reporting information for work performed to effectively monitor KPI’s

Provide support to field auditors and back-office staff as needed.

To assist the Product Managers in the new product development process.

To undertake any other tasks as directed by the Vice President, Technical Team Supervisor and Director of Accreditation.

Coordinate & monitor internal and external witness audit activities, including providing input to root cause analysis & corrective action discussions

Participate in on & off-site training programs to support auditor development process


What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred)

At least 4 years relevant professional experience

Completion of Lead Auditor course for relevant standards

Knowledge of standards and normative documents as per the applicable accreditation scheme.

Knowledge of Accreditation rules, CER MS procedures, Applicable Mandatory Documents and guidance related to the chosen reference standard.

Knowledge of latest developments in the chosen reference standard and the business sector against which the company is certified (e.g. including nuclear safety culture for nuclear industry).

Auditing principles, practices and techniques related to the chosen reference standard.
