Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Foresight, the Business Program Analyst will have regular interaction with staff and stakeholders across the organization. This position plays an important role in the support of the two focus areas of the Strategy & Foresight team:
1) Helping to drive the proactive management of data streams from market intelligence efforts, supporting data analysis capabilities, contributing to important cross-organizational market research initiatives into radiology workforce and ACR membership, and providing efficient data analysis and management skills to the team
2) Coordinating the acquisition, monitoring, and scoreboard management of key process and outcome measures associated with ACR’s strategic objectives and initiatives, enabling strategic plan stakeholders with proactive line of sight into their programmatic efforts
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the team and internal stakeholders in the development and implementation of market research initiatives:
- Developing appropriate samples
- Participating the implementation of data collection
- Assisting in the analysis and reporting of the data and information
- Collaborate metric/measure development and management:
- Assist in defining performance and outcome metrics for strategic objectives and key initiatives
- Participate in developing appropriate progress scorecards
- Manage ongoing monitoring and updating of key measures
- Partner with team to look for efficiencies in operating procedures and processes, including PO and invoice approval and processing procedures, data communications techniques, collaboration tools, etc.

- Experience with data, data sets, and some supporting analytics
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizing skills
- Inquisitive and a self-starter
- Enjoys working with teams and across departments
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement – Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Analytic and data management skills
- Project management
- Excellent Verbal/written communication skills
- Attention detail, organized, and strong time management skills
- Competency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred qualifications:
- Data analysis skills
- Exposure to Healthcare / Medical industry experience desired
- Some familiarity with data visualization tools

ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $75,000 – $101,300.
