We seek a Sales BTM for West2 Ahmedabad , provide leadership towards the Sales, to grow the Instrument Sales business. The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of Sales and Marketing, superior leadership, and cross-functional communication skills. Where will your strong management and leadership skills have the most impact? Right here, when you join us, directing sales operations across West2 , supervising, and developing team and planning sales programs that deliver results. As well as managing budgets, other managers and supervisors and high-level contributors, you will also influence customer relationships and have input into the recruitment, training, and development of sales representatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives

  • Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data

  • Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goal

  • Use available data to forecast sales accurately and set appropriate performance goals.

  • Drive new products introduction  and deliver incremental revenue  for NPI.

  • Deployment of robust sale processes including accurate forecast , pipeline management , drive sales force productivity

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with: Internal Stakeholders such as those within Service sales, Customer Service Organization and Marketing. Cross-functional collaboration with key clients, including negotiating and closing on significant contracts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or master’s degree or University Degree or equivalent plus
  • Ideally, 12-15   years of minimum successful commercial experience and
  • 2-3 years experience of first level leader in sales, service or equivalent organization
