Job Overview

Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding advisory firm as a Commercial Real Estate Associate Broker focused on the niche car wash sector. We are on a mission to grow our specialized division and are seeking a licensed broker to represent our interests in New York and its surrounding areas within a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects through networking, cold-calling, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams on current accounts and leads.
  • Conduct comprehensive property research and market analysis, including financial reviews and demographic studies.
  • Prepare, assess, and negotiate essential real estate documentation, including letters of intent (LOIs) and contracts.
  • Compile and present information for marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in regular sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Perform in-depth market research to uncover trends and potential client opportunities in the car wash industry.
  • Lead negotiations on behalf of clients to secure advantageous terms.
  • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.
  • Design and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance visibility for car wash properties.
  • Manage the transaction process from initial inquiry through to successful closing.
