THE ROLE
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, go-getter Advertising Sales Executive with expertise in digital advertising, specifically user-generated content (UGC) campaigns and multimedia ads. You will generate revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, and driving effective ad campaigns.

With over one billion posts across various lifestyle websites in automotive, health, home, powersports, outdoor, and technology, we offer high-traffic advertising opportunities and an engaged audience to brands across Fortune 500 and small businesses. Our communities are discovery platforms for consumers and shoppers to read reviews, ask questions, and learn from highly engaged subject matter experts.

You will be the bridge to connect our vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and products they know and love.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Establish a deep understanding of our unique value proposition to advertisers and build upon our current products and offerings 
• Develop new business through valuable connections with clients, agencies, and partners Manage all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, researching the marketplace, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales
• Represent our diverse portfolio of digital products and tailor solutions to meet advertisers’ needs
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, data, and editorial teams to develop and execute high-performing campaigns
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

ABOUT YOU
• 4+ years of experience selling digital advertising or marketing
• Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
• Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
• Proven success in driving sales with consultative selling
• An established network and the proven ability to determine and connect with the right high-level decision-makers and reach top-tier brands
• Results-oriented individual who strategically and creatively pursues business with energy and drive
• Self-motivated, passionate, and an enthusiastic, contributing team member, with the ability to work independently with management guidance and supervision
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Willingness and ability to travel up to four times a year to attend industry events across North America and team meetings in Detroit or Toronto
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle 
• Cost negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to close business
• Experience managing a large and diverse portfolio of clients with varying sales cycleInterest and experience in multiple categories including Automotive, Powersports, Insurance, Outdoors, Health and Wellness, and Home / DIY
• Great team player with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
