Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior AQA to join client’s Daily Banking team. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, primarily focusing on API services, while working with key tools like SoapUI, Swagger, and Kibana. This role requires a self-driven individual who can work independently and communicate effectively across teams.

Details:

Experience: 5+ years

Schedule: Full-time hybrid, 2 days per week in Stodůlky

Start Date: ASAP

English: Fluent

Czech: Fluent or native

What to do:

  • Independently write and maintain test scripts, including automated assertions in SoapUI.
  • Understand API service descriptions using Swagger and design test cases based on those services.
  • Identify and implement necessary tests for API services.
  • Perform database queries using SQL to validate test results.
  • Analyze system logs, ideally using Kibana, to troubleshoot issues.
  • Create test cases, execute tests, and log bugs in JIRA.


You have:

  • 5+ years with automation on back-end testing, specifically with API services.
  • Experience writing independent test scripts and performing automated testing.
  • Proficiency in tools like SoapUI, Swagger, Kibana, JMeter, and JIRA.
  • Strong SQL knowledge for querying databases.
  • Experience with Groovy and JavaScript for automated tests.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
  • Ability to gather necessary information and solve complex testing challenges.
  • Fluency in Czech (written and spoken).
