Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans.
  • Provide leadership to the People Operations team.
  • Supervise payroll execution for all three countries and contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain BambooHR information and workflows.
  • Lead performance review processes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Supervise company wide People implementations.

Objective

To provide strategic leadership in HR driving employee engagement fostering a positive workplace culture. Focused on policy adherence and performance excellence, payroll supervision and execution and implementing People initiatives worldwide.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategic HR plans.
  • Payroll operation.
  • BambooHR preferably or any HRIS.
  • Familiar with local labor laws.
  • Experience in implementing programs for employee skill development.
  • Proficient in leading performance review processes.
  • Familiarity with tools for enhancing employee engagement.
  • Knowledgeable in ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.
  • Ability to foster a positive workplace culture through strategic initiatives.
  • Good English Level.
