Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • 10 AM to 6PM or 12 NN to 8 PM (10 PM to 6AM or 12AM to 8AM Manila Time)
  • 30 minute paid break
  • Monday to Friday
  • Incentives/Bonuses for performing OB sales agents

As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be on the frontlines contacting prospective clients to explain owed funds identified through research and get key contact details to move deals forward. This is an inside sales role focused on high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualify and develop new business opportunities.

 Responsibilities
  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day to identify and engage prospective clients
  • Quickly build rapport and explain unclaimed money owed to prospects
  • Obtain email addresses and mailing addresses to send proposals
  • Leave concise voicemails clearly explaining purpose of call
  • Track all prospect interactions and data in CRM
  • Identify key decision makers and procurement process for each prospect
  • Work collaboratively with sales team to brainstorm strategies and improve results


Requirements
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development or appointment setting
  • Confident and persuasive English communication skills
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Motivated by performance incentives and competition
  • Coachable and driven to improve performance
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Comfortable dealing with rejection and working in fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Must have fairly neutral accent
