Hours: 10am-6pm EST (slightly flexible if needed)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal recruiting, exceptional communication skills, and a deep proficiency with Bullhorn software. As a Legal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing legal professionals across various practice areas and seniority levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage top legal talent through various channels.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Bullhorn Software Utilization: Leverage Bullhorn software to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment activities, and generate reports. Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates and meet client requirements.
  • Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to clients.
  • Internal Communication: Provide timely and clear communication with the team and superiors.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience within the legal industry, ideally legal staff, with a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal roles, practice areas, and industry trends. Experience in recruiting for various legal positions, from junior associates to senior partners.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Bullhorn Proficiency: Extensive experience with Bullhorn software, including candidate tracking, CRM functionalities, and reporting.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing candidate information and recruitment processes.
