Job Description

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying our digital reach and driving engagement across our three distinct brands. You’ll be the architect of our email campaigns, crafting compelling narratives that convert readers into attendees and casual browsers into loyal fans. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and analytics, allowing you to design eye-catching newsletters, build targeted campaigns, and dive deep into performance metrics to continually refine our approach. You’ll be instrumental in growing our audience base and keeping our community engaged with our latest and greatest offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies for three unique brands within our company
  • Create and manage engaging email campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or Keap
  • Build and maintain our email database, ensuring proper segmentation for targeted messaging
  • Craft compelling email content, from newsletters to promotional materials, that resonates with our diverse audience
  • Implement automated email sequences and drip campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all email marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within the events or entertainment industry
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Keap
  • Strong grasp of email marketing metrics and analytics
  • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for design
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and database management
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time growth
  • Flexibility to align with Western Australia time zone when needed
  • Comfortable with direct client communication via email, WhatsApp, or other platforms
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
