Your Role

As a Data Insights Analyst, you will:

  • To analyse existing client program function and their respective data processes with the view of improving their efficiencies and any associated automations; if not to create new ones
  • To provide data related support of projects including but not limited to new program launches, existing program data maintenance, data automation and data transposers
  • Ad-hoc data related tasks such as presentations, concise reports, dashboard creation and data visualisations for stakeholders that will help in decision making processes
  • Business recommendations and generation of structured insights using data collected from various sources and formats; including but not limited to trend analysis and discovery of inefficiencies in various Power2Motivate internal and client processes

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • Good English Skills - Oral and Written
  • Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Time Management Skills
