Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer or Architect to support both our client's go-to-market strategy and their network of Salesforce professionals. In this role, you will provide technical expertise, solve complex Salesforce issues, and engage with Salesforce users on forums to expand their reach.

Responsibilities

Handle complex technical queries from Salesforce users, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Provide real-time support through the platform and solve advanced Salesforce issues.
Build custom solutions within Salesforce as needed for our client's customers.
Support engagement on forums and through personal LinkedIn profiles, maintaining consistent, high-quality responses to build trust with users.
Submit daily reporting on key metrics of engagement with customers.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Architect.
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Developer II, Architect certifications, etc.).
Expert knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to solve complex Salesforce technical problems.
Experience with Salesforce Trailblazer and engagement within the community.
Ability to manage technical support requests in real time while contributing to the go-to-market plan.
Comfortable with outreach and engaging potential customers on LinkedIn.
