Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to expand online reach, grow audiences, and increase engagement.
Work closely with the agency to create engaging customer content, including flyers, newsletters, emails, videos, webinars, etc.
Develop, create, implement, and report on marketing campaigns, particularly email campaigns.
Maintain an inventory of sales and marketing support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
Manage client and sales team online portals to ensure the latest marketing collateral is available.
Assist in the planning of meetings, events, conferences, trade shows, and workshops by identifying requirements, developing schedules, and coordinating mailing lists.
Maintain and regularly update company websites.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and agencies.
Provide a high level of administrative support across a variety of projects.
Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materials and communications to maintain a consistent brand identity and messaging.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Seek opportunities for professional development and actively contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies and processes.
Other relevant tasks.

Non-negotiable requirements:

Experience in Marketing Coordination or similar role.
Basic graphic design skills will be an advantage.
Proven ability to analyse digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media (organic and paid) marketing.
Effective time management, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
