About Us

We are a dynamic company looking to scale our digital presence and streamline our operations. As we transition from GHL (GoHighLevel) to Zoho, we are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our social media efforts, design needs, and administrative tasks. If you are passionate about content creation, digital strategy, and enjoy multitasking, this role is for you!

  • Compensation: 900AUD/month (paid twice a month)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AWST including a 1hr unpaid lunch break (40hrs/week)
  • Availability: Start ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management and Content Creation

  • Platform Management: Develop, manage, and maintain a consistent social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
  • Reels & Video Creation: Create and upload engaging videos, reels, and other multimedia content to attract and engage followers.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar that supports marketing goals, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms (minimum 3 times a day).
  • Engagement: Respond to followers, increase engagement, and grow community size through consistent interaction.
  • Repurposing Content: Adapt and repurpose existing content to reach different audiences and maximize engagement.

Graphic Design and Video Editing:

  • Graphic Design: Produce visually stunning graphics for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials using professional design software (more advanced than Canva).
  • Video Editing: Edit video content for mentorship portals, ads, and social media to ensure high-quality, branded visuals.
  • Design Workbooks & PDFs: Create branded workbooks, guides, and PDFs for educational and promotional purposes.
  • Email Design: Develop beautifully designed emails for campaigns, newsletters, and communications.

Podcast Management:

  • Oversee the recording, editing, and uploading of podcast episodes.
  • Develop social media snippets from podcast content to increase listenership.

Administrative Support:

  • Assistant to CEO & Operations Manager: Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling, managing communications, and coordinating team tasks.
  • Task Coordination: Prioritize and manage various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations for the CEO and team.
  • General Admin Tasks: Handle miscellaneous admin duties, such as document preparation, email management, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing and creating content for social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Graphic Design: Proficient in advanced design software beyond Canva (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Designer, etc.).
  • Video Editing: Strong skills in editing videos for social media, ads, and educational content.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tools such as Zoho, Skool, ManyChat, and other digital platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to both design work and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and high standards.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling, task management, and supporting C-level executives.

Challenges & Expectations:

  • Consistency in Social Media: You will be expected to post engaging content 3 times a day and maintain high standards of quality, following current trends while keeping the brand voice consistent.
  • Supporting Fast-Paced Operations: This role demands adaptability, especially when coordinating with the CEO and Operations Manager in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
