Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Qubit Capital. This role encompasses development, project management, and product-building responsibilities.

Experience

Minimum 2 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise AI tools for documentation, code writing, and debugging
  

• Implement and optimise AI-driven features in our platform
  

• Continuously explore and integrate new AI technologies to improve our systems
  

System Integration and Scaling

• Connect and optimise various systems within our platform
  

• Scale existing workflows and processes using AI and other cutting-edge technologies
  

• Implement efficient data structures and algorithms to handle large volumes of financial data
  

Full-Stack Development

• Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using NextGear
  

• Develop and structure content for our AI matchmaking platform
  

• Build robust back-end systems capable of handling complex financial data processing
  

• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms
  

Project Management and Product Development

• Lead agile development sprints and manage project timelines
  

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
  

• Oversee the product building process from conception to deployment
  

• Manage product upgrades and database migrations
  

Database Management

• Design, implement, and optimise database structures for scalability
  

• Manage database upgrades and migrations during product enhancement phases
  

• Ensure data integrity and performance in high-volume financial transactions
  

Collaboration and Innovation

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements
  

• Contribute to the company's innovation efforts, particularly in AI applications
  

• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with team members
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, preferably in fintech or AI-driven platforms
  

• Strong project management skills and experience with agile development methodologies
  

• Proficiency in Next.js and associated front-end technologies
  

• Expertise in back-end development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
  

• Advanced experience with database design, management, and optimization (SQL and NoSQL, particularly MongoDB)
  

• Experience with product development and upgrade processes
  

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  

• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
  

• Experience integrating various systems and APIs
  

• Excellent documentation and communication skills
