We on a search for responsible, determined and adaptable team-players for the role of Customer Care Champion with Dutch and English (Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria – Fully Remote).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

👉🏻Delivering a professional and pleasant experience to ensure customer satisfaction;

👉🏻Offering information and advice on the company’s products and services;

👉🏻Collaborating with colleagues, providing assistance and advice as needed;

👉🏻Handling customer issues via various communication channels;

👉🏻Investigating and resolving customer issues and providing solutions;

👉🏻Serving as a guide through the resolution process;

👉🏻Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

Requirements:

🗣️
Excellent written and spoken skills in Dutch (C1 level)

🗣️
Good English language skills (at least level B2)

🤝Customer-focused, determined, and a team player

💎Organized, responsible, and able to manage time efficiently

📈Adaptable, capable of working in a dynamic environment

🌟Previous experience in customer support is an advantage

💻Proficiency in using a PC and a strong affinity for technology
