Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management and business analysis and experience in managing outsourced projects to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders from the USA/CA/UK/EU markets to develop cost-effective and impactful software solutions in the education domain, ensuring alignment with their objectives and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration;
Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance processes and enhance team efficiency;
Proactively identify and propose improvements or updates to clients, aimed at optimising their processes and enhancing project efficiency;
Elicit, analyse, and refine business and technical requirements to ensure project success.
Manage team workload and coordinate internal resources for optimal project delivery;
Plan, monitor, and adjust project activities as needed for successful execution;
Lead and guide team activities within an agile framework;
Oversee project delivery, ensuring that deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

At least 1.5 years of experience in a relevant position managing outsourced projects;
Fluent written and spoken English (Advanced level for daily communication with native-speaking clients);
Demonstrated ability to perform market and competitor analysis, road-mapping, feature prioritisation, and requirements management;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process information thoroughly, and provide clients with detailed and relevant reports to support and justify recommendations;
A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum frameworks;
Excellent understanding of the project life cycle, applying theory to practice
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
An inherent drive to understand and solve problems, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing and overcoming challenges.
