We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect / Technical Team Lead (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the technical design for various systems and lead the development activities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, ensuring the solutions meet business needs while driving technical excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in data architecture, data engineering, and hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive solutions, covering infrastructure, data architecture, pipelines, and code structures
• Lead data engineering projects, focusing on scalable and efficient development practices
• Engage in business analysis and requirements engineering to align technology with business goals
• Make critical technical decisions and drive discussions within the architecture board
• Deliver presentations and demos to key stakeholders, showcasing technical solutions
• Define and manage interface specifications for seamless system integration

Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong expertise in data architecture and data engineering
• Hands-on experience with streaming technologies
• Proficiency with Azure Databricks (Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog), Spark, SQL, and Azure infrastructure
• Proven experience working with Scrum in agile development environments
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards) and Terraform for infrastructure management

Nice-To-Have:

• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Mesh concepts
• Industry experience in manufacturing or the chemical industry
• Familiarity with IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things)
